An alert has been issued by Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police investigators to help identify and locate two women suspected of stealing children’s clothes from a store in Islandia last month.
Police said the two women stole children’s clothing from Carters on Vets Highway at approximately 6:40 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 17, walking out of the store without paying for the merchandise.
Anyone who recognizes the suspects, or who has information regarding their whereabouts has been asked to contact Suffolk County Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-220-TIPS or texting “SCPD” with the message to 274637.
